Yes, Sarah Grace is crawling or at least getting herself around. Notice the one straight leg--because really should would rather be walking than crawling.

AWWWW! So cute! I love how she is crawling. Samantha did that too. I also love the huge smile she gives the camera at the end. What a sweetie!
