Happy Halloween!

It was quite cold, but the kids had fun. Sarah only went to three houses and then got to eat some candy. Caroline and Julia went around the large block with Brian.

After we had a party in front of the fire for s'mores, hot chocolate and apple cider with all the neighbors. The kids ran around and wore off the sugar highs.

A bride, a dancer and a very unhappy ladybug:

Unfortunately we didn't get many pictures of the older girls. They were too busy wanting to go Trick or Treating and then playing with their friends.
A good time was had by all!!

New Washer and Dryer

It is strange how excited you get about the small things in life.

I was upset when our washer broke the day we got home from Disney. Yes, the last thing after spending thousands on a vacation we needed to do was spend more money on a washer and dryer, but that is exactly what happened.

Brian tried to fix it, but that just wasn't happening. After 10 years we had to say good bye and bite the bullet and get a new one. Of course then you need to get the dryer too. That will be coming in November. On Saturday I took a few clothes to the laundromat so we had something to wear until the washer was delivered yesterday. You know you aren't used to going to a laundromat anymore when you show up with your clothes and no soap! Luckily you can buy it there too!!

Here is what we got:

We went with the Maytag brand because my parents have had such good luck with them.
After three loads last night it is amazing the amount you can get in there and how well it washes the clothes. Now we are just waiting for the dryer.

Disney!!

First stop was Atlanta for the American Girl Doll Store and Bistro.
Both dolls--Samantha and Kit--had their hair done!

We all were able to have dinner!
On to Disney!!

We all had a great time and can't wait to go back again!

Soccer Fun!

Caroline loves soccer. She really has enjoyed playing this fall and will continue to do indoor when the snow flies.

I haven't been able to get to as many games as I wanted this fall, but Brian is an assistant coach and at each game and practice. She is improving and scoring goals almost every game.

I will try and get a picture to post on Saturday.

Great job Caroline!!

Dance, Dance, Dance

Julia does love to dance.

The dance program we found, Pre'Dazzle, has been wonderful for her. They had a program recently and it was great to see them all dance on stage.

Where are the Weber's?!?

I know I've lacked blogging the last month. After the kids started school everything got crazy.

I hopefully will get some pictures loaded this week, but here is a hint where we were recently.
