We are doing a CSA this year, as I'm mentioned before. The past two times we got produce there was currants in our box. I had never had a current before and wasn't even sure what to do with them!
I went on-line and found a recipe for Currant Blueberry Muffins. I didn't have any blueberries so I just used the currants I had.
Surprisingly all the kids like them!
