Caroline's Birthday

Caroline decided she wanted to have an American Girl Doll birthday party this year. We did it at home with American Girl Doll crafts from Michaels, making pizza, cake and fun with their dolls.

The cake was made by someone at my work. She did exactily what Caroline wanted and added a fun sparkler candle that was a hit!!

I can't believe that Caroline is 8 years old already...

Christmas 2009

Even with the bad weather this year, we were able to visit both families for Christmas. We only have a few photos from Christmas in Madison. Strangely we didn't take any with Brian's family.

Decorating at Grandma and Grandpa's

Grandpa Jim and Grandma Mary have big pine trees that we (my family and Mara's) helped decorate last year for Christmas and they wanted us all to come and help again this year. Luckily it was a beautiful, sunny weekend and everyone was able to be out helping!!
